Callenbach Publishers, Nijkerk (founded in 1854) were specialized in publishing Christian children’s books and Sunday school publications. Well known authors became amongst others s, K. Norel and W.G. van de Hulst. Callenbach joined Kok Publishers in 1998. Today the imprint of Callenbach stands for  a wide range of children’s books and juveniles for the under eighteens, both for the Christian market and for the general public.
